Rudalo and Company Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian company incorporated in December 1996 as a limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs Commission, originally as Emivag Equity Company Nigeria Limited. The Company was subsequently restructured and renamed following the exit of some of the initial directors.
Over the years, Rudalo has grown and adopted a divisional operational structure aligned to business lines. The company is managed by seasoned corporate executives and consultants with extensive experience across diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Our experience includes real estate, construction, banking, oil and gas, government, manufacturing and maritime services, working with organisations across public and private sectors.

Leadership
Dr. Emmanuel Ivwurie
CEO / Lead Consultant
Dr. Ivwurie is the CEO and Lead Consultant of Rudalo and Company Limited. He holds a Ph.D in Management, M.Sc in Management and MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
His professional experience includes Central Bank of Nigeria and commercial banking, followed by leadership of Rudalo from 2006 to date. His background spans real estate, banking, oil and gas logistics, maritime services and taxation.
His banking experience in corporate and commercial banking, operations and branch development provided exposure to strategic surveys, feasibility studies, property acquisition and development, and delivery of branch infrastructure.
